Nerdgasm: Watchmen Trailer Hits Web a Day Early:

The trailer is due to hit the web tomorrow, but Empire put it up early by accident before quickly pulling it down. Not quickly enough! So, what say you?

Yes... I'm sure you all can hear my screams of joy from wherever you are, probably still echoing through the ethernet along with all the other screams of joy from the geeks in the world. BTW, if you haven't read this comic yet, feel free to come over and read it. I'll only loan it out after I've finished reading it again myself. Yes, most of the costumes have been updated and modernized, but to me that only adds to it. The only one that looks -drasticly- different is Ozymandias, but quu says it has gold trim on it. Dunno. Looks cool just hope it stays with the whole 'goldenboy' image he's supposed to have.

Ok, was doing my morning webcomic check when I saw a link on the Applegeeks site that just said "Applegeeks City". I go and check it out, and It's this fun little completely web-based... link thing. On a fluke, I decided to start my own... "Winvale City" (based off a village I made for some LARP stuff). Click on the link, pass it on, do whatever. I'd like to see just how big it grows and how it grows.

If you are watching Heroes, then you damn well better be keeping up with the webcomic. Issue 6 just came out and it clears up a HUGE gray area: what happened 6 months ago at the robbery and when DL's crew got killed.

More and more thinking that it's not really an "evil" personality, but just a strong one who is willing to do what needs to be done to take care of her and her son. Maybe quu was right and the second personality didn't form until after DL split. It all depends. If he split BEFORE the actual heist, then yea, I an see it happening. However, I'm still of the thought that it was there even before this incident, but more... like a seed. Now, the second personality's dislike/unlove for DL could be the result of it's formation if it's due to him leaving.

Ok, today synamontwist & ladyalexis swung by on their way back to Memphis from an SCA event. We first went to Ru Sans for lunch then headed over to Titans to visit android18sl and do a wee bit of backlogged shopping. It was a -great- visit, even ottom braved his allergies to hang out. We got the latest Supreme Power trade, copies of both The Watchmen and V for Vendettia, the second World of Warcraft manga, and also.. the latest Fables trade.

Just amazing! The Advasary is finally revealed, but... I have to say.. I'm not suprised. I've pretty much had this line of thought almost from the first book. I'm more supprised about what's going on with Red Riding hood. The Jack plot was just great! I also look forward to seeing Bigsby again. ^_^

Supreme Power was great too. Can't wait to see where it's going!

The WoW manga is looking cool. Hope the third book doesn't take another year to come out. *sigh*

Now to re-read Watchmen and then look through the 2.0 Exhaulted core book.

More comics I need to get caught up on: 1645 (or whatever it was.. is there a trade for this yet?) and Rising Stars.

We all know this stuff goes on, but... people are always afraid to come forward. Hence why I'm also trying to pass on the awarness.

Some may argue with me, but I rank Jack the webcomic right up there with The Watchmen and V forVendetta... just an incredable series, and not even DISPITE the fact it's a furry comic... it adds to it, and it's handled so well. Some of the issues are so heartwrenching that I think if it wasn't furry it'd be too much.

Today, I spent a good portion of the day going through and downloading all the pages to my HD so i could read it easier. In the process, I've been re-reading the entire series. One of the Story archs seemed..well.. out of place. It was extremly well written, but most of the major archs all tie in.. then... today I finally caught it. "Debts" is the story of Ted, back form the 7th arch "All Work and No Play" and the 17th "Welcome to Purgatory"and I just caught it's also Author from arch 10 "Suffer" (who was also mentioned in "Welcome To Purgatory"). Gods this whole arch now takes on a WHOLE new meaning... jeeze.. No wonder it's "debts"...

• Aesir Corp - new comic that treats religion as businesses, Norse centric
• Mine's BIGGER!! - written and drawn by one of my WoW RP friends (comic is not wow related)

Two comics I love but are both finished and in 'reruns'

• Angel Moxie - Girl transformation super type strip that's funny and actually good. You'll probably tear up at the end.
• Queen of Wands - Excellent strip... wish it hadn't ended... can now find main character on S*P lately.

I haven't been feeling good lately. Today quu stayed home (working from the house) and we went voting, ate breakfast at IHOP, then went to Costco to get my meds refilled. I've been without almost since when we got River. Not a good thing. I've been feeling angry lately... and for no reason. It's almost like I feel resentful of River always nipping at my heels (LITERALLY! When I walk around the house she follows me and has started nipping at my heels/shins...). My sleep schedule was fubared but I think it's doing better now. I woke up extremely early, but I managed to stay in bed all night for once.

I can't focus on anything right now. Not sleepy but just tired. Another week of feeling like this crap then I should start getting better. Getting outside won't help, if anything it makes it worse. I hate the evil daystar...

right now all i want to so is go curl up in bed and sleep... if only my stomach wasn't being a pain, literally. I've felt nausious for the past few days. It's not as bad as it was at first, but it's not fun. I'm also hungry a lot of the time. I eat till I'm full, then 5 mins later i feel hungry again, but the thought of eating more just doesn't sit well with me. *sigh* I hate feeling like this.

In other news, Quu got me hooked on JACK. I sorta go caught up on S*P and Queen of Wands today too. I want to read, but nothing i have right now appeals to me. I wish I had the new Anita Blake novel, but it is not to be. I don't feel like playing COH or EvilGenius right now... Maybe I'll go curl up in bed for a while longer. Hrm.. don't know where River is.. better go find her before she gets into trouble... *sigh*
