I just noticed that I haven't updated in a bit. Been too obsessed with WoW and trying to keep the house clean.

Let's see.. First off, Turkey day was good. I spent that week out with my mom and grandparents (dad's folks) in Calf. The flight was excellent, and I had bought "Incubus Dreams" to read on on the plane. It was good and I spent the whole flight reading. After landing, met up with the family and they liked the new short hair (though grandma's x-mas present to me was an official haircut which looks GREAT!). Most of what we did out there was eat out, but that's ok. Big thing that happened was Quu calling to "surprise" me with his trying to get me the collectors edition of WoW... cept the entire city of Atlanta had been sold out within hours of release. So I called the local best buy, they didn't have any on the shelves but referred me to the one a town or two over. I called there and they had 4 left on the shelves. SWEETNESS! As we're tying to get a hold of my grandpa to let him know where we are going, the phone rings and it's him. He and their pastor were standing in front of the said best buy cause they had been at Home Depot right next door. So they ran in and bought it for me. Now we just need to pay them back. WEEEE!!! Aside from that the whole trip was rather uneventful but very pleasant. They are really looking forward to meeting Quu this summer and I'm praying for warmer weather during that visit. *sigh*

While I was away, Quu had made an honest effort to keep the house clean. So when I got home I've been trying to keep up without letting WoW suck my soul too much. Spent an entire day cleaning the bedroom and it's now awesome. It's not "sparkling clean" but it's manageable now. Trying to keep up with the rest is also hard, but I'm enjoying having my vacuum cleaner back.

On a side note, since I've been back River has suddenly turned into a "lap puppy". At this very moment she has curled up in my lap and just sorta laying there. She'd rather I wasn't' tying and petting her, but she's enjoying it. Though sometimes she sits up and starts growling at unknown intruders. My puppy is a strange one. She's also doing better about going potty. The only time she goes potty in the house now is if we ignore her "i gotta GO!" signs. She's getting more obvious with those signs, thank god. The Positive reenforcement of her going potty then getting a treat has helped a bunch I think. She's such a smart dog. She's also getting BIG. She's still a small dog, but it takes two hands to hold her now. She's SOLID now too. I love my puppy. ^_^

Now.. as for WoW.. it's sucked my soul. I've deactivated my COH account (not deleted, just deactivated)... and probably will never go back. Especially after how they just nerfed Regen Scrappers. *sigh* Anyway... We're all playing on the Eastern RP server called "Earthen Ring". My main char is Silvershadow, a lvl 18 Night elf Hunter. I've also got Winnowill (lvl 10 gnome Warlock), Brunhild (lvl 5 dwarf paladin). I've purchased a guild charter and we only need 3 more people to sign oh so we can officially be a guild. So far we have quu, android18sl, mloewnau, ottom, internetbrain, and our ingame friend Lihoh. Last night Quu and I journeyed down into Ashenvale to find the Silverpine Refuge so we could buy our Expert Cookbooks. That was a lot of fun. Eventually we're going to have to get down to Booty Bay to get the Expert Fishing book, but we're broke now. Oh.. and Winnowill is a tailor and can make Woolen bags (8 slots rather than 6), she just needs Wool to make them. Just send me 3 Woolen Bolts or 6 Wool Cloths and either 1 fine thread or 1s for the thread I'll make you a bag.

Once we get our Guild up and running Quu and I are thinking of making a "store". Our two main chars are Skinners and Leatherworkers and we're pretty good at it. I've been working on a spreadsheet with prices and whatnot so we can compare the NPC prices to the actual cost of making things. It sucks that aside from a few items you are always loosing money on your items if you sell to an NPC. Oh well..

Anyway... I think I've rambled enough for today. Off to go do dishes...

Hrm.. Ok.. so first thing.. on WoW i finally broke down and made a Nightelf Hunter, and my whole opinion of the game has changed. I LOVE being a hunter. Not only do they have kickass skills, but the pets are just awesome. I LOVE my nightstalker kitty. I LOVE doing ranged combat. I'm just having a blast now. If you want to look me up, I'm Silvershadow on Test 18.

On the other hand, last night I finally got the respec done with Silver-Shadow on CoH and I can play her again. Hopefully the game will be fun again. Yea.. coh just hasn't been fun for me lately, which is why i've been playing other games. Maybe now I can just enjoy kicking ass. ^_^ Unless she's needed I think I'm retiring Lethann. I just don't have fun playing a healer. My style of playing is to kick ass and ignore the names. ^_^

Wow.. android18sl was making her LJ trading cards and i was taking a look around. One of the things it asks is "number of posts" and i went to my userinfo to take a peek.. low and behond it was 999 posts. That means this is my ONE THOUSANDTH post. ^_^ Woot!

River kept me up, so I am on. She slept for a bit, but then woke up. I took her outside cause usually she has to go potty after she wakes up... she wouldn't go. *sigh* ok... maybe she doesn't HAVE to go. We head in... NOT 10 MINS later I look down and she's peed on the carpet... and RIVER is HIDING in her fav spot. I grab the "rolled up newspaper" and reach for her.. I SWARE to god, before I even TOUCHED her she was yellping like I was beating her to death. JEEZE she is SUCH a dramaqueen!!! So anyway, I drag her out of her spot, punish her and then lock her outside (litghts on and food and water). So I'm not happy right now. *sigh*

Well.. one thing cheered me up a little ealier... when I first got up I tuned into MMO Radio and found out they were having a Toga party/Greek God costume contest on Pinnicle. So I log in and quickly create "The Goddess-Athena", a BS Regn scrapper. I ended up winning 3rd place for my char. ^^ I havent' deleted her so I can get some cool screenies of her. I got the money on my main Silver-Phoenix on that server so it will be a good start for that char. ^^

Now once River has been outside for enough punnishment I'll let her in and try to get some sleep. it's already 7am here. *sigh*

Take a look at the latest patch for COH, they fixed the TF contact stores and the exemplar TF stuff. guess they got it working before issue 3. WEEE!!

I've reorginazed the pictures in the COH gallery. By making a handful of nested ablums i was able to sort out the different types of images.

I've also done something that some people may or may not like. I've removed the option to "go back to OtakuVideo Gallery" from the CoH album. This is so I can post the URL for the COH pictures to people I don't want to see the IRL pictures. Make sense?

My joystick died... *cries*

Either it's cause RIVER chewed the cord before ottom suggested using a paper roll to hide the cords on my computer, or it was just from over use. It won't turn to the right anymore and it's too hard to try to get around. I'm back to using a keyboard and mouse for COH.

Yesterday quu made a new character, a emp def, so I used my newish fire blaster to go around with him. It's cute cause we've reversed roles. ^_^ I think the Yellow Tail sushi we got on sunday from Teriki Chicken was bad cause Quu got sick monday and stayed home. Good thing was that we played COH all day after he woke up that afternoon.

River is doing good. She had a blister or something on her nose just below her eye and I don't know what it is from. I THINK it's another fireant bite, but she's since scratched it and made it burst. It's scabbed over and will probably heal nicely. For the life of me I don't understand her facination with ants, particularly fire ants.

Speaking of Fire Ants, we've got a nasty infestation of the "imported fire ants" in the back yard. Weird thing is that they don't have a 'mound' that I can find, it looks like they moved in with some carpenter ants in the big oak tree behind the "pool". I've tried putting the granuals down, but it doesn't seem to be working. *sigh* I think it might be a "multiple queen" colony, which makes it even harder to get rid of. Anyone know what else I can try? It looks like its THIS KIND of ant... a real pain in the ass. Please, if anyone knows what to do, let me know.

Also, does anyone remember who I promised my GMAIL invite to? I KNOW I've already promised to give it to someone, but my memory has lost it in the void. *sigh*

That's all I can think of for the moment. *sigh* I'm torn from staying up and playing some COH or crawling back into bed with quu.

Sometime last night (maybe early this morning) I dreamed that Quu was going to give someone my COH account so I'd lose my characters yet AGAIN.

boy that didn't feel good. *sigh*

I love my new puppy.. but sometimes it's very exhausting... well..not sometimes, most of the time. She's very needy and demands almost constant attention. I'm glad that echuir is here, cause otherwise I'd probably be going bonkers. She did give me more than a bit of panic today though. echuir was looking at the carpet and said "this looks like poo", cept it was liquidy and like a leakage. We take a look at the line going across the carpet and we find not only was it poop, she had bleeding (mixed in some clear liquidy stuff) and also passed a roundworm. Paniced, i scrambled to find out about a vet. Because quu's parents are paying the vet bill i wanted to see if I could find somewhere cheaper, but the only place where i could get her in tomorrow was the North Cobb Animal Clinic. Good news is that when I talked to the vet people, they said that this is nothing to really panic about. Almost all puppies are born with roundworms, passed to them from their mothers at birth, and that it is easily gotten rid of. *sigh* Now tomorrow at 4:30, echuir is taking me and River to the vet for her appointment.

That all said and done, ottom came over with Kill Bill vol 2 and we started watching it. I didn't notice the time and forgot about the tupperware party that evening. Fortunatlly the arrival of starphoenix reminded me and we soon headed out. It went very well, even though the turnout was rather small. I don't know if I'll be ably to buy anything though. I want to get some of the "fridge mates" cause they will help keep the fruits and veggies longer. It's sorta frustrating to buy food only to have it go bad before it can be used. X_X

The best part of today was when everyone was trying to go to sleep. River had just woken up, so after I took her outside we brought her back to the bedroom and Quu got to spend some quality "daddy" time playing with her. It was soo cute. Earlier, when I got back from the party, starphoenix, River and myself all were tickling Quu and it was the cutest thing in the world.

*yawns* Well.. I'm tired now. I'm not getting to play as much COH as I want... though a good thing is that my friend XR-001 showed me where to find lvl 20 enemies so I can finally get out of debt with SilverPhoenix. ^_^

Now, I'm off to bed. HOpefully i won't wake up River, cause that will mean having to take her outside. *sigh* I love my babies... all 6 of them. *wink*

Thanks to lostboydv for posting about Peasant's Quest! Though right now I'm stuck after getting the robe. What do you do with the chicken feed? O.o

I've made progress getting the living room cleaned up. I can't move the scanner cause it's to heavy for me to lift off the floor. Luckly ottom said he's coming over and I can get him to move it for me. Once that get's moved I can then vaccume. ^_^ Still have Laundry, dishes and Kitty Litter to do before I can play.

Grr.. Speaking of CoH... quu has been talking to NCSoft about our Serial Number woes. They asked for a reciept and we found out from scottanime that he didn't get one cause he paid cash. *sigh* I sent Quu a scan of the CDKey and he then called NCSoft and they've actually been really helpful. Quu called back and asked me to send him a picture of all the PVP stuff and the COH stuff together to prove that we bought all the stuff. It still may take a few days, but hopefully we'll get it all taken care of and our new CDKey will be in my hot little hands. In talking with my two COH friends last night (high lvl chars who are cool) they told me that apparently this Serial stealing is a BIG problem with Liniage and COH. I think NCSoft needs a new KeyGen creator. x_X

I've got an idea for a new char I want to make... I'm going to go with Lethann finally and I'm thinking of maybe either a Magic Defender or a Magic Blaster. There is even a background I have in my head and even an idea for a costume. ^_^

Ok.. so we got our second copy of City of Heroes (CoH), I eagerly open it and pull out the cd key and log on to the site to add it to our account so I can log in the new game... and it says "This Serial Number is already in use, contact customer support"

WTF?!!??!!!

I've filled out a support ticket and they've been very prompt about sending it up the food chain. I bet someone kept filling out letters and numbers till they got a key and ended up with MINE! *glower*

I finally found http://abi-station.com/ and made a couple icons. I saved all my old ones to my Yahoo Briefcase and managed to get this one up. I made another one but I'm not sure if I like it.

Allergies are still bothering me. I fell asleep not long after Quu got home and slept HARD until after midnight. I woke up when my allergy meds wore off and I was miserable. I tried to go back to sleep but it just didn't work. Got up and kept burning CDs and did dishes.

Sebastion is making love to his sweater in the living room again. I wonder what makes him love that sweater so much. At least he doesn't drag dirty underwear thoughout the house anymore.

I'm drugged and tired beyond belief. I ate the rest of my soybeans and some of the Fu Gu left over from the other night.

My sinuses are stuff again. I don't THINK the meds should have worn off, but they might have.

Because I was a bad girl, doped up and not really wanting to do much, I played CoH instead of doing my chores. So no CoH for two days. At least my back is better to the point where I can do most of my chores now. I just hate not being able to breath and feeling high on these meds.

Quu told me that everyone was missing me on CoH. It made me feel loved. ^_^ Sorry I can't play for a while, but you'll at least have Quu now and then.

its almosttime for him to get up now. I thimki'm gong to go crawl in next to him and try to sleep. *sigh*

It's been a while since I've actually posted more than just memes, quizes and short CoH stuff.

Well, this weekend was wonderful. echuir came down on wed/thrus and doesn't leave till this tuesday. It's been wonderful having him visit. He's a big CoH addict like me and we've had tons of fun playing. It was fun watching all the guys work on the AMVs all weekend, but it was slightly annoying to have to listen to all of them no matter what. *sigh*

Friday and Saturday we had ottom, android18sl, mloewnau, terribleangel, chibigendo, and echuir all over playing and having fun. quu and terribleangel had to push others off since they don't have their own accounts yet. *ahem* anyway... On saturday we tried a taskforce mission and it was really hard. We we going till 3am and just had to stop. it was a lot of fun though. It was kinda funny since lord_darkseid showed up extremely late, but he was bearing mint chocolate chip icecream so android18sl could make her special drinks. It tastes AWESOME!

echuir cooked a few times this weekend, once making chicken rotel and the other pork loins. He promised me he'd post those recipies in his journal later. *ahem* The pork was just EXCELLENT.

On sunday even more people showed up: reiaino, glissade13, sixstop, and Dan (does he have an LJ?). I feel like I'm forgetting some people but it's all pretty hazy. I was playing almost non-stop CoH all weekend. I'm such an Addict.

BTW, someone left a green bookbag here. it's forest green and almost looks like a laptop bag. Anyone claiming it?

It's late, or should I say early. I need to go to sleep, Quu is going to be upset at me for staying up so late. *sigh* oh well... I'm going to drag my ass out of bed tomorrow when he goes to work no matter what. *hrumph*

Last night, quu informed me that I had to burn the vast majority of stuff from my old file server to cd, so I was up LATE trying to get it all burned, I haven't made a scratch in it yet. *sigh*

Honey, you didn't tell me beforehand that I had to BURN stuff, you just said to move it off the firewire drive. :-p I LOVE YOU!!! ^_^

Anyway, played CoH just about all day yesterday. I woke up at 9:30 am cause the phone rang, it was the Doctors office wondering where quu was. He has missed his appointment. *Badd Quu!* I never got back to sleep so instead I finished my chores early then started playing. ^_^

I'm now "The Magnificent SilverPhoenix", lvl 15 and having a blast. I finally got past that stupid gang door mission and have sucessfully completed my first story arch. (BTW, if anyone else ahs completed the whole "kill 20 skulls and 20 hellions" mission, check your "Suvinors" you'll find you have completed the story arch too!) I was able to play alot with ottom, misatokatsuragi, and that evening teamed up with android18sl and mloewnau. It was SOO much fun. Late night after everyone went to bed I was able to team up with a bunch of guys who were higher lvled than me. We were going around Boomtown and having fun.

As much as I like going around and hunting the bad guys, I must say that I enjoy completing the quests more. I like learning about how the world we're playing it works. it's pretty cool.

I think I'm giong to stop playing her for a while and go lvl up some of my other characters. ^_^

Well.. back to burning CDs!

The game was good lastnight. Not much happened, but lots of info was finally revealed. Hopefully things will start to pick up now. *sigh*

Last night I stayed up till 6am playing CoH with Wayne. SilverPhoenix is now lvl 12. Yippiee. I had fun playing with android18sl, mloewnau, and ottom. My character is also in the middle of a storyline right now. SUPERCOOL!

Later today got to go to quu's dad's birthday party then off to glissade13's party. Busy day but I'm looking forward to it.

Today was a good day. God cleaning done, enjoyed CoH and got new furnicture. Had dinner at IHOP with ottom and played more CoH with chibigendo. SilverPhoenix on Protector is one bar away from lvl 12, thenI can start using the nifty enhancements and stuff. ^_^ w00t!

Now to go to bed and wake up and clean early tomorrow. Gotta call the RPG people to make sure they know the change of game dates (from saturday to friday). *sigh*

I know last night mloewnau was trying to get to lvl 10 on Protector so we could all join a supergroup. Since I was having trouble sleeping, and I found a perfect place to lvlup, I made it to lvl 10 last night.

I went ahead and made a supergroup, "Otaku Unite". If people want something different let me know and I can just kill this one. No biggy.

*yawn*

I think I need to go to bed now. *rubs eyes*

FYI, I've played CoH for 20+ hours since getting it. (Apparently some of the bystanders will tell you certain time things.)

Oh yea.. and if anyone is higher leveled and having trouble getting exp without dying, go to the northern part of Kings Row. It's got a lot of lvl 8-10 enemies in managable groups. I found it was perfect to get the last couple bars to make it to 10.
