The flamingo near the enterence. At this time I noticed why all my pictures always seem to be crappy... there is a smudge INSIDE my lens. *sigh*

Mona Monkey youngling that came up to a little girl looking through the glass. Was REALLY cool.

Silverback Gorilla male. He was posing for the camera, seriously!

Lion on top of his den. He eventually climbed down and called out, not really roaring though. Sounded more like a hairball.

Lovely Gariffe posing while eating.

Black Rino. The zookeepers even brought that branch down for him to munch on. It was awesome.

Clouded Leapord snoozing in his fav spot. Was SOO cute!

Right next to the leapord was the Tigers, at first they were at the far back of their enclosure but they came up for a drink. It was the second most memorable event I've ever had at a zoo.

Here is the male stretching and clawing at the little 'dock'.

The female kept moving around while the male was drinking.

American Alligator in the wetlands exibit. There were also all sorts of turtles in the swamp.

The entire day was just a blast. Tanya got better pictures and I'll link to her pictures later on. I've got a copy and am planning on making some nifty backgrounds out of them as I get the time.

After the Zoo, we met Pat up at "Dragon and Phoenix" before going to 5 Seasons for dinner. I would have told people but it was a last minute thing.
